Application and Care Instruction Guide

How Do I Apply It?
Application is easy, requiring no special tools or skills. Simply peel off the transfer tape, apply your sticker to a smooth clean surface and your ready to go. Your Realty Sticker is one piece, not individual letters.

Application Instructions:  Don't worry, if you can put on a hat, you can put on a Realty Sticker. These are simply very detailed instructions.

DO NOT apply your Realty Sticker™ if below 58 degrees F.
DO NOT apply your Realty Sticker™ to a dirty or otherwise surface.
DO NOT apply your Realty Sticker™ to a surface in direct sunlight (extreme heat).
DO NOT apply your Realty Sticker™ to a surface unless you are sure that is where you want it.

-DO apply your Realty Sticker™ to a clean, smooth, wax, oil, and grease free surface.
-DO apply your Realty Sticker™ to your vehicle’s paint, your vehicle’s exterior glass, or similar surface.
-DO apply your Realty Sticker™ to a surface you are sure that is where you want it.

 

1. Clean the intended surface thoroughly. Remove all wax, oil, grease, even dust. Avoid touching the surface until you have placed the sticker.

2. Hold and measure, if you like, your Realty Sticker™ to its intended surface.

3. Slowly peel back the application tape that covers the front of the sticker. As you do this, you will notice the vinyl letters/numbers will be attached to the application tape you are peeling back. Take care to ensure all letters/numbers are attached to this application tape. If you notice the application tape you are peeling back leaves or does not pick up a letter/number, simply bring the application tape back over the letter/number and gently press to adhere it.

4. Once you have the application tape and the vinyl letters/numbers attached to it, place the sticker onto its intended surface. NOTE: Once it is placed it cannot be repositioned.

5. Keeping the application tape over the sticker while it is on its intended surface, rub and/or press the letters/numbers FIRMLY to ensure proper chemical adhesion. NOTE: You will not harm the vinyl letters when rubbing or pressing firmly.

6. Slowly peel away the application tape, making sure all letters/numbers remain adhered to the surface. If you find a letter/number did not adhere properly, simply place the application tape back over the vinyl letter allowing you to press firmly again for proper adhesion.

7. Allow at least one full day for proper chemical adhesion before a car wash.

Care Guide:  Although extremely durable, please note the following:

DO NOT use a direct high-pressure wash to the Realty Sticker™.
DO NOT use a device that may place wax or other chemicals underneath the vinyl material. This may include a buffer, or other similar device.
DO NOT use harsh or abrasive cleaners directly on your Realty Sticker™.


Our Realty Stickers™ are designed to give many years of outdoor use. Proper care and application will ensure you get the most life out of your new Realty Sticker™. Care must be taken when washing and waxing near your sticker. Under normal conditions, automatic car washes and pressure washers should not damage your decal.

You may wax as you normally would. Wax may build up around the edges of a decal and should be carefully removed with a soft cloth, not a brush. Removing wax with a brush can push the wax under the edges of the decal, causing it to lift and peel. If you live in an area where ice scrappers are needed, be careful not to scrape over the decal, causing damage to it.
